Thank you for choosing CeramiCharm LLC, we are committed to providing you with a satisfactory shopping experience. If you are not satisfied with the dinner plates you purchased or encounter quality problems, please refer to the return policy below.

1. Return and Exchange Period
   You can apply for a return or exchange service within 30 days from the date you received the product.
   Orders over 30 days ago are not supported for return or exchange.
2. Return and Exchange Conditions
   The product must be in original condition, unused and fully packaged.
   If the product has quality problems, transportation damage or does not match the order, please contact us within 7 days after receiving the product and provide relevant photos for verification.
   Products that are personalized or damaged due to personal reasons are not supported for return or exchange.
3. Return and Exchange Process
   Please submit a return or exchange request through the customer service email or the “Contact Us” page of the website.
   Provide the order number, reason for return or exchange and relevant photos, and the customer service will respond within 1-2 working days.
   After approval, please follow the customer service instructions to send the product back to the designated address.
   Once the returned product is confirmed to be correct, we will process a refund or re-ship within 7 working days.
4. Return Shipping Cost
   If the product is due to quality problems or wrong goods, we will bear the round-trip shipping costs for returns and exchanges.
   If the return is due to personal reasons, the shipping costs shall be borne by the customer.
5. Refund Instructions
   The refund will be returned according to the original payment method, and the arrival time depends on the bank or payment platform, generally 5-10 working days.
   The refund amount for promotional or discounted products may be adjusted based on the actual payment amount.
